Can my dog just have a brush or just have a bath?
Yes, we are very happy to carry out your grooming wishes, however larger or small they may be. Just ask.
Do you groom all breeds of dog?
Almost all. We don't groom Shar Pei because they do not feel comfortable in the grooming environment away from home and family.
Can I stay with my dog?
We occasionally ask you to stay if it helps your dog to settle with us, but almost all cases they settle better if you leave them.
How often does my dog need grooming?
This depends on your dog's coat and style. For many dogs, visits are typically 6-8 weekly, but for others it can be longer. You may still need to brush your dog between visits to avoid mats and tangles.
My dog's coat has become matted, why has this happened?
Some breeds have very high maintenance coats which readily form mats, if not thoroughly brushed and combed every day! Most people do not have time to do this, then the hair mats and can imprison your dog in his own coat. Regular groomer visits as well as practical shorthaired styles help to prevent this problem.
